Supportive, healing virtual therapy for couples and individuals in Virginia and Florida
Services:
-
Sex therapy provides a compassionate space to address sexual challenges like low desire, performance anxiety, or complications from illness or aging. It also supports individuals and couples healing from sexual trauma or struggling with intimacy issues that affect their relationships.
I understand that talking about sex can feel uncomfortable or isolating, so I focus on creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore these sensitive topics openly. Whether you're feeling embarrassed, stuck, or disconnected, I am here to guide you toward healing and help you rediscover the intimacy, connection, and pleasure you deserve.

Relationship therapy offers a supportive space for couples to rebuild connection and strengthen vulnerability. Many couples face challenges like unresolved conflicts, busy lives, or navigating major life transitions - i.e. babies, bills, aging parents, etc. I help couples remove these barriers, creating a space for healing and growth rather than harm.
This therapy is also valuable for individuals who find it hard to create or maintain healthy relationships, whether with family, friends, or romantic partners. In this work, we explore your relational patterns and focus on establishing healthy boundaries to help you create more fulfilling and balanced connections. My goal is to guide you toward deeper, more meaningful relationships, where trust and understanding can flourish.

As a certified sex and couples therapist, I offer caring and specialized support for individuals and couples adjusting to life after cancer and its treatments. Together we’ll focus on:
Restoring Intimacy: Addressing and resolving sexual concerns caused by cancer and its treatments, including sexual dysfunction, body image issues, and decreased intimacy, to help you reconnect with yourself and your partner.
Enhancing Communication: Facilitating open, empathetic communication between you and your partner to strengthen emotional and sexual connection.
Whether you are managing your own health or supporting a loved one through their journey, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where healing and intimacy can thrive.
